ZAGG ZAGGfolio for Apple iPad 2

In my quest to get my iPad 2 to function as a laptop I tested the ZaGGfolio iPad 2 Case with Bluetooth Keyboard and I can certainly say that the experience was certainly a lot better than typing onscreen. The keyboard that Zagg provides is quite comfortable and effective for error free typing. It imitates a full sized keyboard and although I have read complains about it being too compact I certainly have not had any issues with the size.

The keyboard connects via Bluetooth and it takes all of 5 seconds to set up. The case is perfectly sized allowing the iPad to fit comfortably on its side. The ZaGGfolio iPad 2 Case is the product for you if you plan to travel with your iPad or want to use it as a laptop replacement or if you just don’t like typing on the iPad screen.

The Pros:

• Great keyboard if you do not need overall protection for the iPad 2. The size is just right and it provides the opportunity to type almost error free.
• Not too weighty.
• Easily connects via luetooth.
• iPad props comfortably against the keyboard.
• Rechargeable built in keyboard battery that lasts for a while.
• Keyboard has control functions for volume control etc.

The Cons:

• As a case it is not the best option.
• At the same price you can get keyboards that are a lot better.
• Attracts dust easily.

The iPad 2 is a good laptop replacement especially if you travel a lot like I do. The one thing missing obviously is a good keyboard since the touch screen keyboard is not the best and is prone to mistakes. A good solution for a keyboard for the iPad is the one offered by Logitech. The real computer keyboard feeling that you get on almost full sized keys makes efficiency a breeze. The included case serves a dual purpose of protecting the keyboard when not in use and as a stand for the iPad.  You can be sure that the cases will properly support the iPad both in vertical and horizontal positions and the angle is ideal for viewing the screen.

Although the keyboard is slightly heavy it is still light enough to take along with you when you travel. The Logitech keyboard for iPad connects easily to the iPad Bluetooth and once you pair them there is no need to pair them again.

How I Rate The Logitech Tablet Keyboard For iPad

Yes there are a few things to complain about but all in all this is an almost perfect product. Its slim design and ease of carriage when I travel fits the bill for me an aside from the fact it won’t remember multiple pairings there is very little to complain about in a product that gets the job done.
