Of course I was surprised and skeptical when I came across myPadMedia! Unlimited downloads for a low price of $49.95? That is unheard of and it raised all sort of red flags in mind. Perhaps, they will bill my card $49.95 monthly, which may not have been a bad thing. It would be still cheaper that purchasing through iBooks.

I contacted their support and they emailed me within 24 hours to let me know that the $49.95 was a one time fee. That cleared up one doubt but then more kicked in, perhaps the titles weren’t any good. You know titles that nobody wants to read by unheard of authors? I wish that they had a phone contact just in case I have an immediate need to contact them. I have not had a reason to as yet but you never know, I am nit-picky like that. They do respond quickly to emails though so that is a plus.
I wish there was a way to store my credentials so I don’t have to log in every time. Maybe this is me though, I am not sure if anyone else have had a similar experience.
I am so scared that Apple will do something to take these guys out of business. I am sure that they hate them for offering this type of membership. Again, all my paranoia.
I think they should send out an email with the list of books added daily. This will be the cherry on my cake.
